Adjunct Assoc Prof Ong Whee Teck from the Dept of Information Systems, NUS School of Computing, opined that given the fast-moving nature of the IT industry in which new technologies keep surfacing all the time, technology professionals need technical depth and business skills to succeed as IT leaders.
