Singapore property developer sentiment worsens in Q3: survey

The Real Estate Sentiment Index, which is jointly developed by the Dept of Real Estate at NUS School of Design and Environment, and the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore, found that sentiment among developers here weakened in the third quarter of this year.
