Singapore’s twin imperatives for climate action

Visiting Professor Vinod Thomas from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that Singapore’s twin imperatives for climate action would be to step up climatic defences, and replace fossil fuels with renewable energy.
