Study to find out mindsets of overseas Singaporeans

A group of researchers led by Dr Leong Chan-Hoong, Head of the Social Lab and Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS, is embarking on a study to understand what makes overseas Singaporeans tick.
