Take a leaf out of Library Board’s book

Prof Jochen Wirtz, Vice-dean of Graduate Studies at NUS Business School, together with Prof Thomas Menkhoff of SMU’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business, and Dr Frank Siegfried, SMU’s adjunct faculty, noted that strategy implementation and execution will not succeed if leaders do not speak with one voice about their vision. The authors cited the National Library Board as a successful local example.
