Time for rethink of Singapore's position

Prof Wang Gungwu, Chairman of the East Asian Institute at NUS, opined that Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Singapore, coming so soon after his visits to Washington and London, has shown that Singapore is a key link in the global chain and could also be a pillar of future regional order.
