US has much to learn from others about multiculturalism

Prof Mohan J. Dutta from the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences opined that America should start looking at how other countries handle racial issues to improve its own system and the international community should also respond by noting the issue, expressing its concern and sharing best practices.
