Veering away from classical philosophy and the future of Chinese history

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, discussed what he observed as an unprecedented chaos in ideology in China. He opined that this could be because what is advocated by Chinese classical philosophy has departed from the writing of Chinese history.
