Virtual world moving from entertainment to daily life

Assoc Prof Ong Soh Khim from the Dept of Mechanical Engineering at NUS Faculty of Engineering said that the application of augmented reality has evolved from gaming and entertainment, to greater applications today, such as assisting with computer assembly of things and as a visualisation tool that helps others to understand engineering concepts better.
