Mr Tan Tarn How, Ms Tng Ying Hui and Mr Andrew Yeo from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS noted that voter engagement with social media content comes in various intensities and opined that to focus on the most active while ignoring the passive forms of engagement is a mistake.
