Your passion isn’t waiting to be ‘found’. You need to develop it

Asst Prof Paul A O’Keefe from Yale-NUS College, who also holds an appointment in the Dept of Management and Organisation at NUS Business School, shared his findings on a research conducted by Yale-NUS College and NUS Business School in collaboration with Stanford University, on how the implied beliefs behind the phrase “find your passion” could actually narrow people’s scope of interests and make it less likely for them to pursue new ones.
