After a rise for three consecutive months, resale price for non-landed private homes dips 0.8% in November

The NUS Singapore Residential Price Index released in Nov 2019 saw a drop of 0.8 per cent in the overall resale prices for condominiums in Nov when compared to Oct 2019. The resale prices of condominium units in the central region saw a drop of 1.1 per cent, while units in the non-central region decreased by 0.8 per cent, and small units grew by 0.5 per cent.
