Analyst: Prices of new private homes are stable, sluggish resale market

According to the NUS Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI), the overall resale price index for non-landed private homes remained at 152.6, halting the 0.7 per cent increase in September 2019. The prices of non-landed private homes in the central area went up by 0.8 per cent and by 0.5 per cent, as compared to September 2019 and August 2019 respectively.
