Bhutan premier delivers democracy lecture at NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy

Bhutan’s Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay delivered a lecture at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS on his country’s road to democracy on 29 November 2016. The lecture was attended by 180 students, professors, staff, as well as members of the public.
