Changes to Communist party leadership system and its effects on growth and stability in China

Prof Huang Jing, Director of the Centre on Asia and Globalisation at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, examined the issue of leadership renewal in China’s Community Party. He opined that maintaining the stability and unity of its leadership is crucial to China’s continued growth and stability.
