Children from low-income families visit museum to learn about environmental issues
The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum at NUS hosted some 120 primary school students from low-income families, who are recipients of this year’s South West CDC-ExxonMobil Transport Bursary, to view Jubi Lee, Singapore’s only sperm whale specimen. The visit, organised by South West CDC and ExxonMobil in partnership with the Museum, aimed to give the students an out-of-textbook lesson on environmental issues.
