Commentary: Bhutan and Nepal - 2 least developed countries that could change the face of Asia

Dr Cecilia Tortajada from the Institute of Water Policy at NUS opined that an important way countries in South Asia can accelerate their economic development, and graduate from the Least Developed Countries category, is by working with each other.
