Corporate governance up but scores remain low: Index

The Singapore Governance and Transparency Index, jointly published by the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations at NUS Business School, CPA Australia, and the Singapore Institute of Directors, showed that companies here may be lifting their corporate governance standards but their scores are still low and the rate of improvement seems to be slowing.
