COVID-19 will reshape the Singapore office property market outlook

Prof Sing Tien Foo, Head of the Dept of Real Estate at NUS School of Design and Environment, and Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies at NUS observed that telecommuting has major implications on the need for office space in Singapore and could accelerate current trends. Prof Sing added that there is a pressing need for landlords with large office properties in their portfolios to rethink their business models.
