Drawing inspiration from adversity

NUS architecture student Mr Chen Yiren participated in the Designing Resilience In Asia 2016 International Design Competition and Symposium, organised by the NUS School of Design and Environment, and put forth an innovative proposal to address river flooding in Valenzuela City in the Philippines.
