Engaging in community work

Mr Ivan Neo, an accountancy student at NUS, is one of 48 local university students who have received a cash grant of S$3000 to S$5000 and undergone social service training under the GIC Sparks & Smiles scheme. He is currently volunteering as a mentor to a six-year-old child from a disadvantaged family.
