External risks in China’s new era

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS discussed the external risks facing China and cautioned that should America try to exclude China from a new economic world order, or if there is a break in trade and economic relations between the two countries, that might mark the start of "Thucydides’ trap".
