Filling the information vacuum responsibly

Dr Carol Soon from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS highlighted that in the digital media age, policymakers have to contend with online clutter and noise and no longer have the final say on the issue of the day. She also cautioned that with the easy accessibility of technology, the information gaps have to be filled responsibly.
