First study in Southeast Asia that assesses extent of ageing by looking at hand grip strength

Asst Prof Rahul Malhotra from the Duke-NUS Medical School led a study on the hand grip strength of the local senior population, to develop a standardised method to test for age-related diseases such as sarcopenia, frailty and osteoporosis.
