Dr Kelvin Seah, Senior Lecturer from the Dept of Economics at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences noted a conducive home environment is essential for successful home-based learning and productive telecommuting. He added that recognising and addressing both the “push” and the “pull” factors of why people go out will better facilitate conformity to the circuit breaker measures and keep people safe at home.
