Forerunners, stars, and budding newcomers in Asean’s corporate governance scene

Assoc Prof Lan Luh Luh at the NUS Business School, and NUS Faculty of Law, noted that the presence of the Code of Corporate Governance has to do with the maturity of the capital markets, especially the stock exchanges in a particular nation. She shared insights of her observation in relation to the ASEAN member states.
