Has the well of good ideas and public policy on water run dry?

Professor Asit K Biswas, Distinguished Visiting Professor and Dr Hilda Cecilia Tortajada Quiroz, Senior Research Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS highlighted that the lack of sustained political will has been the most important missing link critical factor to improve urban water governance in nearly all cities of the world.
