IPS report: Finding ways to adapt to shifts in tech, skills

The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS has put together an Action Plan Singapore report that flags scenarios Singapore may face in future and the strategies to tackle them. About 100 academics, civil servants and private-sector leaders took part in scenario-planning workshops in August and September 2016 to discuss how trends in skills, innovation and longevity could impact Singapore.
