Is the China model better?

Assoc Prof Alfred Wu, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS analysed the emerging problems of public governance in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. Conflicts between US federal and local governments arose in the issue of face mask distribution, and he suggested that China should look into the worsening relationship between central and local governments laid bare by the COVID-19 pandemic.
