NUS medical student chases her dream after brush with death

Ms Megan Loy, who suffered severe burns in a water park blast in Taiwan in June 2015, has turned adversity into triumph to become one of the 300 students admitted into the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in Academic Year 2016/2017. Her brush with death and a four-month hospital stay deepened her conviction to become a doctor and help save lives.
