Organ donation: Consider mandated consent

Assoc Prof Donald Low from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS discussed about the system of organ donations in Singapore and proposed that the Ministry of Health could consider moving from a system of presume consent to one of mandated consent.
