Overall resale price of non-landed homes rose for three consecutive months

The market for non-landed private homes appears to be unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic, with resale prices going up for the third consecutive month. The NUS Singapore Residential Price Index Series (SRPI) for Feb 2020 showed that the overall resale price of non-landed private residential properties was 153.1, an increase of 0.2 per cent from the previous quarter.
