Prof Wong Tien Yin appointed SingHealth’s Deputy Group CEO in research and education

Prof Wong Tien Yin from Duke-NUS Medical School will be appointed SingHealth’s Deputy Group CEO in research and education with effect from 1 January 2018, taking over from Professor Soo Khee Chee who will be retiring on 31 December 2017. Prof Wong is also Medical Director of the Singapore National Eye Centre and Academic Chair at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Academic Clinical Programme. He has previously served as SingHealth's group director in research as well as executive director of the Singapore Eye Research Institute, where he continues to chair the board.
