Projects on local cultural heritage supported by the National Heritage Board

Prof Kenneth Dean, Head of the Dept of Chinese Studies at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, is involved in a project on the history of the Nine Emperor Gods and how it has evolved. Prof John Miksic from the Dept of Southeast Asian Studies will be leading another team to create a digital database of information gathered from archaeological finds at the Singapore Cricket Club.
