Put the ‘human’ back into human capital

Dr Parag Khanna from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS and Mr Ravi Chidambaram, President and Co-founder of TC Capital, noted that thinking of human capital in income and productivity terms is reductive and opined that a more holistic approach is needed to support human capital enhancement for individuals and society as a whole.
