Reflecting on China's multilateral diplomacy

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, discussed about how China's multilateral diplomacy has evolved to date, and examined the reasons why it has not been very effective and pointed to a need for stronger "policy knowledge reserves".
