Russia's pivot to Asia has mixed results, say experts

Speakers at a conference on Asia-Russia relations held at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy noted that while Russia’s trade with Asean rose modestly in 2015, there are a number of bright spots that have shown promise, such as the agriculture and tourism sectors.
