Section 377A: Science, religion and the law

Prof Tommy Koh, Chairman of the Centre for International Law and Rector of Tembusu College at NUS noted that religious leaders may view homosexuality as a sin, as with adultery and fornication, but there is no reason for the state to make it a crime.
