Setting current affairs to music

Dr Lam Peng Er of the East Asian Institute at NUS is a political scientist who weighs in on issues such as the local political landscape by day, and a singer-songwriter who pens folks and rock- songs inspired by current affairs by night. He recently released his debut album, Oceans Without Fishes, which contains 13 original tracks that were inspired by social issues and topical events.
