Smoking is an archaic habit with no place in modern society

Prof Chia Kee Seng, Dean of the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health at NUS opined that the move to raise the legal age for smoking gives a much needed boost to Singapore's efforts at reducing the prevalence of smoking among youths.
