"Social linkway" at Tampines HDB estate prove popular with residents

The Centre for Sustainable Asian Cities at the NUS School of Design and Environment partnered HDB on an initiative to turn public walkways at a Tampines HDB estate into “social linkways” and “neighbourhood incubator”, to encourage interactions among residents and provide a suitable environment for organising of events and activities.
