Sovereignty, jurisdiction and international law

Prof S. Jayakumar and Prof Tommy Koh, who are from the NUS Centre for International Law, opined that the Transboundary Haze Pollution Act that Singapore enacted in 2014 is consistent with international law. They added that it does not violate Indonesia's sovereignty, and that Indonesia should welcome Singapore's law.
