ST forum to look at challenges of new world order

Prof Wang Gungwu, Chairman of the East Asian Institute at NUS and Assoc Prof Elvin Lim, Head of the Department of Political Science at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, will be among the speakers at The Straits Times Global Outlook Forum titled “2018: Facing The Challenges” on 5 December 2017.
