Steer Asean-China talks towards quiet diplomacy, flexibility

Assoc Prof Simon Tay from NUS Faculty of Law discussed the issue of the South China Sea contention between China and other Asean claimants, and opined that efforts should be made to reframe the Asean-China dialogue and find a balance between contentious political and security issues.
