STEP-NUS Sunburst Environment Programme 2015

Mr Desmond Lee, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Home Affairs, delivered a speech at the opening of an annual programme organised by NUS and the Singapore Technologies Endowment Programme (STEP). Held over five days, from 23 to 27 November 2015, the STEP-NUS Sunburst Environment Programme involved close to 120 students from Singapore and 11 countries across Asia.
