The literary practice of pre-war writer Lin Sentian

Asst Prof Chan Cheow Thia from the Dept of Chinese Studies at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences wrote about pioneer writer Lin Sentian, whose novel “Nongyan” (dense smoke) depicts the problems facing education among the Overseas Chinese.
