The new CIA: China, India and America

Prof Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that a rocky, probably even turbulent, road lies ahead for US-China relations; and with the election of Mr Donald Trump as US President, a brief window of opportunity opens for India to join the ‘A’ league of powers and play balancing role in the 'see-saw' between US and China.
