To monitor citizens and the surveillance state

Prof Simon Chesterman, Dean of the NUS Faculty of Law, opined that the use of more body-worn cameras by law enforcement officers allows for more surveillance of citizens but also keeps an eye on the surveillance state as it carries out its duties.
