Tracing the footsteps of the early Straits Chinese

30 NUS undergraduate and post-graduate students had participated in a field trip led by Assoc Prof Wong Sin Kiong from the Dept of Chinese Studies at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences to learn more about the early Straits Chinese in Singapore and their contributions to the Chinese community.
