Wearing our genes to work

Assoc Prof Song Zhaoli and Visiting Prof Richard Arvey from NUS Business School shared about how genes affect how we behave, interact with others and develop at the workplace, and opined that managers cannot assume that all employees will respond similarly and benefit from any changes to the work environment, as personality characteristics associated with genetic make-up play an important role.
